Programs and Services
LifeNet is a comprehensive outpatient program serving adults with severe mental illness and dual diagnosis (mental illness with co-occurring substance abuse).
Our service array falls into three categories: clinical, vocational and housing. We offer a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, licensed professional counselors, social workers, vocational counselors, licensed chemical dependency counselors, and case managers.
