Liam J. Mulvaney
President/CEO 
Liam Mulvaney has been involved in the executive management of behavioral healthcare organizations for more than thirty years. Mr. Mulvaney earned a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Iowa. Prior to joining LifeNet in July, 2006, Mr. Mulvaney was the Executive Director of CREOKS Mental Health Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was the CEO of Green Oaks Hospital in Dallas from 1985 through 1992, and has served on the boards of a number of Dallas area nonprofits and organizations including Metro Dallas Housing Alliance (MDHA) The Bridge Homeless Assistance Center.

Dianne Lindeman joined LifeNet as the CFO in March, 2009. Ms. Linderman has been in the accounting field for over 25 years. Before coming to LifeNet, she worked for nine years as the controller for Davis Behavioral Health, a non-profit community mental health and substance abuse center. Prior to working in the healthcare field she was audit manager for the public accounting firm of Pinnock, Robbins, Posey and Richins. Ms. Linderman received her Bachelor’s Accounting Degree at Weber University in Ogden, Utah, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and immediately passed the CPA examination. She also was inducted into the honor societies of Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma.

Ross Taylor has served in the Development field 25 years with experience in Fundraising, Special Events, Annual Fund Campaigns, Planned Giving, Charitable Estate Planning and Major Gifts. Mr. Taylor believes that LifeNet is not just a job, but a calling. Sensitive to other’s needs, he has always been involved in helping others. Mr. Taylor has served Faith-based organizations, a major hospital, a Christian foundation, and education foundations. He also served as an officer/director of Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and Lions Club as well as church and hunger related organizations. Mr. Taylor holds a BA Degree from Dallas Baptist University, a MRE Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has completed Endowment Officer Certification from The National Planned Giving Institute at The College of William & Mary. Ross is married to his high school sweetheart, Carol. They share 3 daughters and 3 grandsons and enjoy gardening, cooking, travel, unique restaurants and all holidays.

Joseph Garcia joined LifeNet in 1999 working as a CLI (Community Living Instructor) and eventually the director of LifeNet’s supported employment department. During this time, he obtained project management certification and an MBA in General Business from Amberton University. Mr. Garcia served seven years active duty in light infantry and received an honorable discharge as a Staff Sergeant. He participated in the 1988 Olympics security detail in Korea as well as active duty in Operation Desert Storm. Mr. Garcia worked as a deportation officer for the Immigration and Naturalization Services during which time he earned his BS Degree Social Psychology from Park University. Mr. Garcia began his career in the non-profit arena as a youth counselor at a run away shelter. He began his work with mental health in adults at the Citadel Group out of Austin which was a vendor for Tarrant County MH MR. He also worked for Turtle Creek Manor, Dallas Metro Care and the Buckner’s Children’s Home. 

Diane Partin
Vice President of Clinical Services
Diane Partin, LPC, NCC, joined LifeNet in June 2011 as Vice President of Clinical Services. She has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, as well as a National Certified Counselor. Diane most recently served as Clinical Manager V for the Child and Adolescent Services Department with Metrocare Services in Dallas, Project Manager/Developer for the Homeless Prevention Rapid Re-housing Grant Team, Clinical Manager for the Mental Illness Court’s Liaison Team, Psychiatric Crisis On Call Metrocare and MR Respite Diversion, Coordinator of Hurricane Coverage, Clinical Manager for the Rapid Assessment and Prevention Team and Team Lead at the Altshuler Adult Outpatient Clinic. At the Child and Family Guidance Center, Ms. Partin served as Manager of Therapists and Caseworkers, Agency Trainer, Therapist, Caseworker, NorthSTAR Specialist, Reviewer/Auditor, Liaison to Homeward Bound and Liaison and Consultant for ValueOptions.

Dr. Gary Lefkof
Medical Director

Gary D. Lefkof, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist with diverse experience in patient care including private practice, community health care and utilization review work. His experience includes inpatient, partial hospital and outpatient treatment. A native Texan, he is a graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and where he also did his psychiatric residency. 

Dr. Lefkof enjoys networking and bringing groups together.  He helped co-found Psychiatry Residents’ Organization at Southwestern. He hosted local mental health radio show for two years. He has been at LifeNet since February 2010 as staff psychiatrist and since November 2011 as Medical Director. While at LifeNet he helped establish Dallas United, a local chapter/team of Street Soccer USA. An avid reader of local newspapers and magazines, he “mines” and researches contacts and agencies to better serve the clients at LifeNet.  He is a member of the Psychiatric Leadership and Advocacy Group in Dallas.

Shea Abraham is the Quality/Health Information Manager for LifeNet. Shea has over 13 years experience in the Health Information field. Ms. Abraham received her Bachelors of Science in Health Information Management from Texas State University. She is credentialed through AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association) as a RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator). Ms. Abraham has been employed by LifeNet since 2003 and truly enjoys the work that she does, her role at LifeNet and helping accomplish LifeNet’s Mission. She believes in helping others achieve their goals to better their lives. Ms. Abraham is a native of East Texas and enjoys spending time with her family.

Director of New Business Development
Vicki West has been at LifeNet for nine years. She began in 2002 as a CSSP and later became Operations Manager. In May 2011 she was reassigned to the position of Director of New Business Development. She previously served in companies dealing with social services, as service providers and the Juvenile Department. Her duties involved client care, working with Doctors and therapists, accessing resources and teaching clients the skills needed to maximize independence and redirect inappropriate impulsive behavior. She also taught anger management and addressed topics such as frustration, disappointment and fear, etc. Raised in London, England, the daughter of a military father, Ms. West has two grown sons. She enjoys her creek lot, the quiet it brings, reading, tending to her two dogs, and watching football.

Crystal Garland has been employed at LifeNet in 2003. She currently serves as LifeNet’s Jail Diversion Department’s Team Lead. She has held this position since 2008. Ms. Garland is a graduate of Belhaven College where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Crystal has a true passion for working with the criminal justice population, both those charged with crime, those on probation and those on parole. One of her greatest sources of pride is helping LifeNet fulfill the mission of empowering her clients to rebuild and enhance their lives.
